Enter the email address associated with your Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources system account, then click “Recover Account.” We will send you an email with a new randomly generated password.
If you don’t see the email right away, check to make sure that it isn’t in your junk email box.

Please note that your old password will no longer be valid after recovery.
Login with the temporary password sent to your e-mail address to reset your account.
